The fun-packed carnival day will, amongst many other exciting activities, include an agenda of exhilarating games and activities, suitable for both the young and old; such as Rodeo Bull, Dunking machine, Merlin Throws, basketball hoops, golf putting, caricature and tattoo-painting, and ball ponds for kids. Visitors to the carnival will also be able to enjoy an array of delicious food and beverage items, whilst they shop around our charity bazaar area which sells clothes, decoration items, as well as art and crafts.
MAA – MEDIcare hopes to raise a total of RM100,000 with proceeds coming from sponsorships and the sale of RM50 and RM10 coupon booklets which will be available at the carnival. Funds raised from the event will go towards the patients’ Children’s Welfare Fund, the purchasing of equipment and the upgrading of the dialysis centres.
Currently, MAA-MEDIcare operates 12 dialysis centres in cities and towns across Malaysia, providing patient-welfare support as well as medical consultation. Our centres now house 166 dialysis machines which serve almost 700 patients.
