Astro on Demand ‘Pampered’ its Fans

Since Astro on Demand (AOD)’s first run of Hong Kong TVB dramas, viewers in Malaysia were “pampered” with many attractive titles, such as the “hit” shows “Beyond The Realm of Conscience” and “Born Rich.”

To hype up the mood, AOD specially flew in some of the stars from these two series, including Kevin Cheng and Tse Suet Sam of “Beyond The Realm of Conscience;” and Joe Ma and Sharon Chan of “Born Rich.” All four of them were in town as part of their meet and greet session with their Malaysian fans.

In a recent press conference held at the Sunway Resort Hotel and Spa, “Beyond The Realm of Conscious” star, Tse Suet Sum or better known as Sum Jie to all of her fans expressed her gratitude to the audiences for remembering who she was and what she did especially in her new drama. “When they (audiences) remember you, it really is the greatest compliment. It means that all of your hard work, especially my “killer glance” did not go to waste,” said Sum Jie.

The 33 episodes of “Beyond The Realm of Conscience” features a line of popular artistes such as Charmaine Sheh, Tavia Yeung, Moses Chan, Michelle Yim and Susanna Kwan. “Beyond The Realm of Conscience” is now airing on AOD, every Monday to Friday, 8.30 pm.

The much anticipated series “Born Rich”, features an impressive line-up including Ray Lui, Gallen Lo, Joe Ma, Anita Yeun, Sharon Chan, Kenneth Ma and Nancy Sit. Stretching over 40 episodes, part of the series was filmed in Sabah. It is now airing every Monday to Friday, 9.30 pm.
