10,000 young people gathered for a live discussion

aiesec 09 010 300x225 10,000 young people gathered for a live discussion  This was the question over 500 young leaders from 107 countries addressed during the first ever Global Youth to Business Forum, thanks to AIESEC; the world’s largest youth-run organization. The forum was the pinnacle event of AIESEC’s annual International Congress which runs from August 22nd to 31st at the Palace of the Golden Horses hotel in Selangor, Malaysia. 38,000 virtual participants joined over 500 delegates present at the conference to engage in dynamic dialogues with corporate leaders from 5 continents. These discussions had harvested a forward-thinking global youth stand on the topics Entrepreneurship in the Crisis, Climate Change & Sustainability and Labour Mobility & Diversity.

aiesec 09 014 300x225 10,000 young people gathered for a live discussion  Throughout the whole day, youths participated proactively in contributing opinion and insights of the next generation on crucial world issues, partaking in discussions, brainstorm sessions and designing solutions together. Key note speeches and presentations concerning listed topics were given and the forum agenda concluded with a grand panel capturing the learning’s at the end of the day. AIESEC also utilized various social media channels such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and the AIESEC blog engaged over 10,000 young people in live discussions.
